I am feeling dizzy all the times past 1 year. Last April I did complete cardiac evaluation, CBC all came normal and I to have cervical spondylosis I am taking physiotherapy session for it. Past 1 week. I am having more neck pain, ear pain and dizzy to. Requesting advice.
