Last week my brother had redness swelling and pain in ankle area suddenly redness spreaded we went to hospital they gave antibiotics he taking antibiotics for 5 days still he is on medicine now the swelling pain and redness reduced well but intermediate fever is continuing whether it's normal or any serious symstoms? I have attached recent and pervious image.

I was go to a local dentist. For my apthous ulcer . He said nothing need. Automatically it goes away. He just prescribed a mucopain . And vitamin b complex capsule And keep mouth hygiene. *He said avoid to use salt or baking soda..it is irritant . harmful. But in *practo* some doctors saying it is good for canker sore . Confused.🥲
