I have slight fever from yesterday varying from 98.8-99.2 degree celcius. Chemist suggested me zifi 200. Is it okay to take ?

I have no allergic symptoms but slight pain in neck and back muscles while doing computer work. Appetite,motion,sleep, everything is ok. This blood test has done by self as I do it every year as a health checkup. I have covid effected 2 times in may'21(moderate) and Jan22(mild). No hospitalization or steroids used. Please guide as per blood report.

Can I take fish oil tablet for knee pain? I'm taking other medications, just wanted to do is it fine to take fish oil for knee pain, if yes how long can we take?

In January 20, I had suffered carbunkle infection (as told by my doctor). I took clavam 650 mg for 7 days and the infection got treated. Soon after that I observed that my both toenails had bent down. There was no pain or any other problem in the areas around my toes. Attaching herewith pictures of Toenail. Pl suggest treatment. I also observed that the count of white hair suddenly started to increase. Don't know if white hair and this toenail infection is connected.

I feel very weakness in my legs and hands all time. Even after morning wake up or after heathy food as well. Sometime it is very heavy and dizziness as well. Facing this since last 1-2 years. No one identify the problem. Taking medicine of given prescription but no improvement. Apart from this symptoms sometime i feel muscle weakness, low bp, difficult to sleep in night. Sometime i feel scared to move outside. Any best suggestions, blood test ?

Whenever I inhale deeply or when I twist my upper back right side hurts its been 2 months pain has decreased but it's still there, I'm scared to go to a doctor thinking if it is cancer 😿
