Fever with cough
I had fever varying from 99.3 to 100.5 yesterday. I took dolo 650 and from today morning I don't have fever.
I have also little wet cough which is whitish and little greyish. Should I take Azithromycin also.

Since you are taking steroids which can weaken your immune system, continue with paracetamol as and when needed for fever. Watch you symptoms if worsens or persists, see medical opinion
