From the past 2 days i am having weakness feeling from evening, it starts with frequent yawning and sleepy feeling. Before 2 days my sleep was not proper. But yesterday i had a good sleep also. Today then also i am feeling sleepy feeling and yawning. No any other issue. Stress is also there. Also my hands and legs have a feeling of getting light. But no any other issue faced. No fever no cough

Ocassional very slight discomfort in abdomen under right ribcage . I had went through ureteroscopy in right ureter and dj stent was removed 2 weeks back. Since then had some pain in back, side and in abdomen along with fever. This pain and fever subsided except for slight ocassional pain on abdomen on right . Hence done a full abdomen usg. I was on antibiotics Faronem and amikasin injection for 5 days and it's been 5 days since the course ended. Also, No UTI, urine routine is normal. Now done an Full abdomen USG, USG report is normal for all organs except for Liver and it  says:- The liver is normal in size and shape. The parenchymal echotexture is increased with more distal attenuation of sound wave. No focal SOL is seen. Intrahepatic billiary radicles are not dilated. Hepatic veins are not dilated. Impression: Fatty Liver

Sir/ Madam My weight is 69 kg. My PGTCA was done in 2009. Ecosprine Av75 & Metolar xr25 are continuing.In 2018 My Physician prescribed Zolfresh 10 mg due to disturbance in in sleeping. Since then I am taking Zolfresh 10 mg. Due to this medicine now I am feeling tiredness,mild headache and lower back pain. I want to stop this medicine. All parameters are normal. My lifestyle is not complete sedentary. I do not want to become habitual of this medicine.. Looking age kindly resolve my issue and suggest how can I take 6-8 hours of sleeping.

Solid hard lump apper in upper limb (armpit). There is only one lump. I get little anoxic. Should i wait for some days or go to primary care doctor. I make that lump bigger I think touch multiple times.

And please let me know about diet as well

My 2.5 yrs daughter was having running nose 4 days back, no fever, no cough. I gave her allegra and cold was gone. Now she started having sore throat with running nose, no fever, no cough. Should I give her some antibiotics as well?

I had around 100-101 fever on 21feb and it stayed till 25th only . On 24th Feb I got Typhi Dot test results as positive. My doctor prescribed C-Tax-O for 10 days along with vitamins.. Today after 12 days I never had fever after 25th but still feel mucus in throat and feel fatigue randomly at any time of the day. Please suggest how to know that my typhoid is treated and is there any other precaution I should be taking and till when? Please recommend. Thank you in advance

Hi. My sodium level in body is 139.us it OK? Or is it towards lower end? I heard a Dr saying people with low sodium levels should not drink a lot of water. I have habit of drinking 2-3 glasses of water emptystomach. Should I stop thus practice?
