30 male- I'm using topical minoxidil 5% for the past 3-4 years. Recently (2months) experiencing fast heart beats whenever I lie down. Its causing lot of disturbance to me. Hi Doctor. From a week i have fever ranging from 99-100.5 only after early/late evening. Blood report was normal. Doctor gave azee 500 with calpol500 for 1st 3 days. Now he has given levoday500 for 5 days and calpol during fever. yesterday night i took and couldn't sleep till 2am and later today morning after breakfast and took same tablet i had complete vomiting. Should I continue same prescription? Blood report for dengue,typhoid and ems is normal. Platelet count is 1.48lakhs. No cough cold shivering etc. Only fatigue, headache and fever during evening and night until i take calpol/dolo 650

I am facing mild chappy lips problem from last 2 weeks. It is effecting mainly my lip liner. I am applying petrolium gel and ghee since last 2 weeks but no such possitive result I am getting.
