Constipation issues
I have acidity issues and my doctor gave me ganaton 50mg for it. I have constipation now for a week and the motion is very tight. I have been eating fruits, drinking water and buttermilk too but still not able to. Please recommend any tablet. Can I take gerbisa tablet?

Constipation - can be treated easily by changing the life style -
Take 4-5 litre water per day
Take less spicy and fatty food
Prevention is better then cure .
