I had taken a tetanus in the 1st week of Februar, 2022 since I was cut by a rusted iron rod. Again yesterday night, I got a very small cut by old wrought iron of bed. Very little amount of blood oozed out. Do I need to tale a vaccine today?

I completely understand your concern.
To diagnose your problem completely, I would need more information as well as some general tests and a primary family history. Your routine and other habits will also need to be known, so for the treatment of this problem, once consultation can be done through phone or video call, it is better.

First of all get out of your misconception that injuries due to iron only threaten Tetanus. Contaminationof any breach of skin continuity may potentially infect with tetanus, may it be injuries from glass, metals, thorn pricks, animal bites, surgical procedures, cutting of the umbilical cord of the neworn etc.
A course of immunization should be completed by initial 2 doses at 4 to 6 weeks interval and the next booster dose after 1 year. This gives good immunity for 5 years after which next booster should be taken.
I keep repeating on this forum that if people take three doses of Inj Tetvac then they can be immunized for 5 years. For the details of Inj Tetvac schedule please consult with me on Practo.
In this case you take the injection.
