Sir my age is 42-43 years sir from last nearly one year my periods are irregular like gap between two periods is 2 months sometimes between 2 and 3 months please tell is anything to worry about why it is

You are in the perimenopausal state.
Please do nothing to regularise your periods. You should be satisfied as long as there is no excessive bleeding and too frequent periods.
