Irregular periods
Hello
I'm 27yrs old mom of 4yrs old boy
From the last two months I didn't get my periods Jan 1 2024 was my last mensuration after that I dint get mensuration
In the middle of the month I got noticed tiny blood clot while urination is that any thing wrong
I have checked with pregnancy test kit three time each weekend all negative
Do I need to wait for my next period or do I need take medicine
Also I have taken health checkup everything was normal except my vitamin b12,it is slightly elevated 1003
