Fever from last two days
Suddenly from last two days i got fever and i was roaming with my friend who had the same fever now i am facing it...i took paracetamol tab and get relief but again the fever rises and my body get warm can you please suggest me a tab as i am having exam

Please do CBC if there is recurrence of fever again nd again even after taking medicines. Take tab Zerodol sp twice a day , Tab Zifi - twice a day , Tab pan d once a day .
Avoid outside food nd fast food . Take some rest
