One-week back when i was playing i hit to sofa forcely my neck came front forcely from then i started having neckpain it's at back middle of my head rightneck i am so much worried if it's a vertebral artery dissection can this incidents leads to vertebral artery dissection i am so much worried

You have survived for one week after the incident . You don't have any neurological deficit. So it can't be a serious problem. Please get an MRI of the skull and Cervical spine done. That's the only way in which we can get 100% assurance that your Vertebral Artery is intact.

According to your history - Pain at the neck area due to any injury should be examine by CT scan to find out the exact reason of that pain and inflammation. For acute treatment- you can take- Any muscle relaxant like Flexor mr  with PPI ( pantaprazole), with neuropathay pain-like Gabaneuron. For correct diagnosis and treatment you should take consultation from a good doctor.
