  4. Strain in neck. Me some medicine.

Strain in neck
From yesterday little strain was there in my neck due to sleeping posture after. But now I cannot able to sleep as my neck pain is increased while moving. Plz suggest me some medicine.

T.etos -p 1-0-1 for 5 days Diclo gel or spray 1-0-1 for 5 days.. T.pan 40 mg 1-0-1 Have a Cervical collar if pain gets severe ...it prevents movements.. Thank u
