Can you please tell me what is the cause of pain in front neck and side of neck please. From many days I have pain in front and side part of neck. Please tell me what is the possible cause of it please.

Ua feeling any numbness in ua hand??if yes then it may be due to cervical spondylitis..if not then then it would be due to muscle spasm ...

if it is cervical spondylitis u can have some pain killer and cervical neck band if it is muscle spasm.u have to take medicines if any further queries rep it....
