Severe lightheaded due to neck strain
My husband do it job, his work demands long sitting . He is complaining right neck from few days . Yesterday it got worse and he is experiencing lightheaded and nausea. If he open eyes and see something he is feeling revolving. He drank coffee in morning vomitted and drank water vomitted . Please help

Tab cipzox (1-0-1)3days after food. Tab pan d40(1-0-1)before food 5days. Powerflam spray 3-4times a Day.

Hey, please look for fever, difficulty in moving neck and headache. If these are present, consult a physician. Else, take one Emeset 4mg tablet , one Pantoprazole 40mg tablet and one Paracetamol 500mg tablet now. And see if symptoms are improving. Else consult.
