My dad has a triglyceride at 224 and cholestrol level is 310. Is it too much dangerous and will coconut water help?

My mom performed thyroid profile test without taking thyroid medicine on morning but had cholesterol tablet previous night. The T3 value is 128.7 ng/dl (40 -181 is the range) and T4 is 16.0 (5.5 to 11.0 is the range). Tsh value is 4.15 ( 0.5-8.9 is the range). Earlier it was hypothyroidism. Could you pleaD advice? Hi, a friend of mine has a burn injury last week and she's on antibiotics & painkillers for that since then. This morning she was experiencing some sharp pain in the middle of her chest area and some muscular discomfort in her arm. She hasn't been taking her antacids for a couple of days which she did and the pain subsided. Was it because of simply acidity or something else? Kindly help. Thankyou

I have one lump below upper biceps in my hand. Cbc is normal , reactive protein is normal. Done ultrasound of lump. Usg says cystic lession present (echogenic noted). And inflammation etiology. What does that mean is there is something serious.
