Generally a normal ECG. The Cardiologist has reported it as Normal Sinus Rhythm with T wave inversion in V 1 as a normal variant.

Insufficient information. Apparently the ECG is normal but T inversion in V 1 and 85 kg weight on Antilipid drug calls for a direct peep in to the heart by doing a 2 D echo cardiogram to look for haemodynamic cardiac status.
