Maam/sir. I have sustained a leg injury while playing football. And due to this injury my nails got uprooted and also there is a black patch on my fingure... I have prescription and diagnosis but i need medical.certificate.. can you plz help me by providing me with medical certificate. I m providing my prescription along with it. I want 3 weeks leave for my injury.

Soo yesterday at 4 pm consumed alcohol , got out of hand , consumed more .. and got drunk and puked .. slept the whole night Morning got up with some headache, and didn't feel like eating anything still ate rice morning nd lunch had a bit of rice again HAD NAUSEA THE WHOLE TIME NOW ITS FYN but still feel stomach discomfort what should I do ?

Left stomach there are lump formation for quite some years, family doc said it's fat lump and as long as it's not growing or spreading not to worry. Now it's spread and there is pain. .. i did have tb glads on left neck taken off in 1999, after that treatment complete for 1 year. Please advise

Hello sir, My sister is suffering from sudden pain in different portions of stomach for last 1 month. Sometimes it is in left side, sometime it is in right side, sometime in backside above west. Pain increases so that she doesn't allow to touch that portion as well. Whenever this happens, her face and other parts seems to be swelling. Please advise.
