Nausea/ car sickness

Hi! I have had car sickness for as long as I can remember however it stopped on its own for a few years and also during covid as I have not traveled anywhere and I don't have any until I started going to office which is an hour away from my house. I took nausea pill when it gets worse at night before bed but that wore me out for more than 15 hrs and it makes me feel sleepy and I can't really do any work. Any recommendations or help with any nausea medication I can take that won't make me feel drowsy? Thanks

Blood Test.

Hi, My son is 3 years and 8 months old. He is having congenital hypothyroidism and we have been doing blood tests every 3-4 months once as per his paediatric endocrinologist. Most of the times in hospitals, nurses have been using needle for taking the sample from wrist area, squezing the area around and it takes nearly 10mins and quite painful for him. Also we aren't allowed to be near him either to console him. Though once when we visited a diagnostic lab, we noticed they had used butterfly syringe to draw the blood from inside of the elbow region and it was easy and quick. But we are not sure if there are any downsides to it. Please suggest which is the better option and if anything wrong in latter approach?
