Chest xray is normal I don't smoke Have cough which was brown yesterday and today it is green And my voice also changed it is hard voice now Pls suggest what could it be

My Dad's blood pressure is frequently above 130 diastolic below 70 to 80 systolic at home but whenever we visit hospital the BP shoots up to 180/85 or 185/90. Should he start with BP medicine? Is it true that BP medicine has to be taken lifelong? Can i go for homeopathy? He is on Crestor 10 medication for high LDL which is now under control. Please suggest.

I have pus surrounded on my leg but it has no pain how to treat this one or to consult a doctor and take treatment for this.

Hello doctor. Iam feeling chest discomfort , uneasiness,  anxiety & my b.p is 150/90 sometimes 160 /90,95. Please see my ECG report do I need any treatment for this? Is it normal?  using Aten 50 tablet from 6 years . diabetic level is 228 after breakfast, using gluconorm g1 . Also my feet is swollen. Serum creatinine is 1.1 .

Doctor i am previously vaccinated with full course of rabies vaccination intradermal on 15th February 2022 and i also took 3 intradermal anti rabies vaccine Day 0 7 28 1 Month Ago ( Last 3rd dose on 12th April) but today a stray Cat scratch me with nails no wound just skin redness and little bit drop like blood comes out so should i have to take Vaccine again ? My ECG is normal & serum creatinine is 1.1. Iam feeling anxiety, restlessness .Before breakfast  taking tablet rabalkem em , & sucral o syrup. No other symptoms.
