I moved to Delhi last month for job.. my job is sitting one.. I don't like pg food so I started eating fast food like pizza burger daily.. it was going fine for 1 month but now I have started getting symptoms like nausea, stomach tightness daily. My stomach feels sick n hurt all day

Hi doctor, I am under treatment of provisional IBS since 3 months. I am taking medicine antaacidr , probiotic and colospa since 3 months. My symtoms have improved lots I did my CBC esr , stool complete analysis, ultrasound abdominal and crp. Expect crp , all other are normal.. My crp was 11 in March ,13 in April and now 15. My gastroenterology is forcing me for coloscopy. I am attaching today report CBC and crp. I am scared of going for coloscopy... Do i really need ??. I have not lost much weight in last 3 month. My crp is not getting down. I had covid bad last year in feb month. Please suggestions.

Can I be recommended a muscle relaxant or pain killer to give me relief from tendon that caused my back stiff and pain due to muscle strain. I had one tablet of Zerodol but that only gave me a slight relief my back pain, the pain still persists due to this strain in muscle or nerves.

I have history of loose motion. Took antibiotics. Then the mouth ulcer begins.From  4 days. Applying 1. Metrogyl dg ointment 2. Zytee lotion 3. Limcee 500 4. Becosule z From last 2 days. No improvement. *Extremely painfull. * How does long take this? * Is this mouth cancer ?

My doctor prescribed me Metronidazole 400 along with naproxen and cefixime for testicular pain(he thinks it might be infection and ordered Ultrasound) But my pharmacist has given me Albendazole 400 in place of metronidazole. Is it ok to take Albendazole instead of Metronidazole in this case?

Dear Doctor Would you please let me know tt injection duration? I mean to say that if suppose i have taken tt injection today then how long it will give protection? When I need to take another injection if any injury occur in future? I have read online but found different answers Like 6 months, 1 year, 3 year, 5 year etc... Thank you
