Hi all , I'm getting a headache with a tight head and also feeling gas and anxiety.sometimes the headache will occur at my right eye and back side head and sometimes I feel dizzy .basically I'm a  tensed person .The last one and year I stress a lot and doing work from home causes back ache and neck pain .what would be the reason whom  should I consult.
