Sudden fever and headache
My husband got a sudden fever 2 days back with a headache. No underlying condition. He Took paracetamol -Dolo 650 . Although fever subsides for a few hours but again it rises back till 102. No symptoms other than a mild headache. Consulted a doctor yesterday evening on practo she gave one antibiotic -ZIFI 200 and one antacid along with paracetamol. Please suggest what to do. I'm worried.

Kindly continue medications and observe for a day or two...if still not improving then can think of getting further investigations done ....just ensure he is well hydrated and taking PCM every 6 hourly👍
