Is cervical spondylitis cause 24/7 dizzy and swaying/rocking feeling I done my CT and mri brain and ecg and echo tmt all are normal so pls tell me

Dear Doctor, I feel more lightheaded or a feeling of little dizzy while on bed like my body is moving. Sometimes when i am standing i feel the floor is tilting/moving through my foot. Sometimes when i move my head i will get dizzy spell for seconds. Sometimes I feel like.y body is floating or moving on my back.sometimes i feel lightheaded/less balanced while walking. BP is 120/80 fasting blood sugar 73. I am having this problem since months.not sure what is running..i always feel my body is moving or its a dizziness or what i don't know but never fainted or fell anywhere or i never felt spining..just i am getting scared of all this day by day. Kindly help...

Discharge and blood: Started a month ago, I got white discharge from my belly button. I cleaned it routinely and was on some antibiotics from a local pharmacy. After a few days it subsided but started again. This time it was also bleeding. I only saw fresh blood once, the other times it was always dried blood or dried discharge around the navel forming a crust. The problem has reverted back to white, thick discharge now. Cyst: Now it's clear when I look that a bubbly white round shape has formed within the navel. This looks filled and is also what was probably leaking the discharge always. I think it has gotten bigger. Pain: There is no pain or problem in the body whatsoever. For one day there was intense pain in the area just below the navel, so much that even walking was a problem. This was on the first day of this discharge problem starting, since then I've had no pain unless I stretch, squeeze, or pressurize the area even then it's not something I'll call very painful.

My friend had  a diahorea and fever for past two day. He thought would take leave for a week as this would be opportunity to stress free him. But the doctor says , she can give 2 days for Max and can't give more than that. But , it would more helpful to get a week .

Can we take bilanext M tablet with movexx plus tablet? Please advise

I am feeling very dry inside and outside. Skin also very dry. Sometimes very hard to speak as well. I take tazloc 20 for bp control.please help.
