If all your reports are giving normal results then it is pain from non cardiac causes (like myalgia chest) causing you anxiety and this anxiety in turn amplifying your perception of that pain. It is a vicious cycle and you must break it with strong will power and reassure yourself otherwise you shall continue in getting your investigation file thicker and more thicker. Moreover the stress and anxiety may lead to real developments like hypertension and cardiac involvement in future. So move away from recurring thoughts about your chest pain keeping yourself occupied, doing regular light exercises without straining your chest muscles.
