Anxiety/stress causing palpitations
I'm a 28 year old male, having anxiety/stress issues due to which I'm getting palpitations/hot flushes around my face, neck and head frequently. My BP is around 140/80 and I need to get it back to normal asap. I've consulted few doctors in the past and they advised me to bring in lifestyle changes to solve this. However, it seems to be temporary relief and I need to have it cured permanently. Could someone respond to me on how I can cure this problem.
