Headache and numbess on stress, anxiety
On feeling anxiety or having panic attack, i have feeling like someone is pressing hands on my head, bend down feel blood is in forehead and pressure feeling..same feeling in hands, arms and toes...why just feeling creates such bad symptoms? How to cure this with medication and exercise??
