Liver problem
On 15.06.2022 serum b lirubin:   total- 3.19 mg%   Direct-1.06 mg%   Indirect-2.13 mg% SGPT:54 IU/L GGTP:65.5 U/I S ALBUMIN: 4.97 gm% Serum lactate dehydrogenase: 473 IU/L Medicine used: Silivox L , Liv 52, spasmopriv 200mg, pantoron-ct And after test on 20-6-2022 Serum b lirubin: Total: 2.82 mg% Direct:0.92 mg% Indirect:1.90 mg% SGPT:35.18 IU/L SGOT:44.73 IU/L Can I will continue with same medicine or any changes required please suggest. And also suggest required precaution.

It will be better if you get a sonography of the upper abdomen done so that we can see how much the damage to the liver is. You can continue with your treatment.
