Having heavy neck pain my neck feels very heavy I had headache on sat morning it started with headache he at top of head and heavy neck but when I slept on sat and woke up on sun headache wasn't there but neck is stiff and heavy whenever I move neck I get pain in face also what can be the reason pls help urgent pls don't say consult because I can't consult I am in UK pls give direct answer if possible urgent
