Way to check the rabies vaccine worked?
I got bit by a Stray cat 6 days ago ( very minor. Just 2-4 drops of blood came only from one dot) Day 0 i got a TT injection + Rabivax S Day 3 another Rabivax S The issue is Rabivax S was administered in the gluteal area. I have had no fever or anything. - I took a paid consultancy on practo. He said take all 5 again. -But my other doctor said continue rest 3 on deltoid. Please help me. I'm confused about these things. 1. Should I take all 5 again from day 0 or just 3? 2. Should I take it today itself (day 6)? 3. Which is the exact test to check if the vaccine worked. And when can I take the test? Thank you
