Hi my efgr is -135 is this normal and i want to know normal range it should come I am worried is it normal or not

Problems started after 2021.Three months after my grandfather's death, I felt as if I had a serious illness.I felt unbalanced which is still ongoing, although I have never fallen till date. Sometimes, when I wake up from sleep, it feels as if there is some wave going on behind my ears.If there is any small problem, I think too much.I just had gallbladder surgery two months ago. Whenever I use the phone, I don't feel anything like this.If I leave the phone, then I get that strange feeling of imbalance, a strange, sick feeling.There is pain in the head through the neck and the shoulders also feel heavy.After the surgery, there is fatigue in the hands and legs and a feeling of cold waves anywhere in the body at any time. Initially, I used to feel nervous , anxious, now I have become a little  used to it. But even now, when I feel like this, I don't feel like doing any work. there is anger and a lot of irritability I feel like staying alone, I don't want to talk to anyone.

My tsh is 6.5.. medicine is required...I am 38 yrs old and i have 2 daughters...only i have symptoms is hair fall...my weight and periods is normal.

She drank a glass of coffee.after drinking in the bottom she saw a sticky white semi solid almost like saliva.She is scared.Her mom who gave her the tea lives with cats.She is worried if it's cats saliva.Like is this life threatening.?

Hello doctor, Since last few days I had gas issues in my stomach, which caused stomach pain and I was not able to pass the gas .And I feel there is a tear around anus area .One time I got  red Colour discharge during pooping and today I got loose motion and also got white colour discharge.Kindly let me know which medicine should I take.

A stray cat was in my room the cat was resting on a blanket , i opened the door and the cat saw me and ran and bumped into my feet later I investigated my feet on phone camera under magnification,i found nothing but a mm black dot (with no bleeding at all) on my toe, i didn't felt any pain there nor i felt the prick ,idk whether it was there before or its due to bumping, i didn't find any scratch or bite marks on checking, i washed my feet with soap and water , the cat's behaviour was normal , I am now confused should I get vaccination for such an incident or am i worried for nothing, i am confused that taking risk of getting severe side effects from vaccination is worth it or , the severe side effects are rare but they can occur , please guide me what to do

Hi I have very much OCD and overthinking. Today I took tetanus vaccine single dose vaccine but it kept out of fridge for 16-17 minutes and I was holding vaccine my hand was also sweating and temperature is 43 degree so because vaccine kept out for 16-17 minutes will it still give protection for 6 months ?
