Your symptoms are related to bowel irritation with an anal fissure or hemorrhoid, especially if there is pain and bleeding during passing stools 👍 But since you also mentioned white discharge and difficulty passing gas, proper evaluation is important to rule out infection or inflammation. Please consult once so the exact cause can be identified and treated early before it worsens.

"The combination of severe bloating, inability to pass gas, and bright red discharge (hematochezia) during bowel movements strongly suggests an Anal Fissure or internal hemorrhoids, likely exacerbated by recent digestive distress. The 'white discharge' and sudden loose motions are clinical indicators of significant intestinal inflammation or a localized infection (Proctitis). Since you are experiencing both pain and abnormal discharge, we must rule out an anal abscess or a more systemic inflammatory condition that is causing your stomach to remain distended.
Next Steps
Stool Softeners: "You may benefit from a mild stool softener (like Isabgol or Lactulose) to ensure your bowel movements are effortless, which is essential for the anal tear to heal." Don't Strain: "Avoid sitting on the toilet for long periods or straining, as this increases pressure on the rectum and will worsen the bleeding and pain." Caution: "Do not apply any over-the-counter creams or ointments inside the area until a doctor has confirmed if it is a fissure or an infection, as some medications can irritate an open tear." Red Flags: "Seek emergency medical attention if you develop a high fever, experience uncontrollable bleeding, or if the stomach pain becomes sharp and constant."
