I was walking my dog when a stray tried attacking him and it seems to be rabid.
Though dog didn't have any bite mark but his coat was wet, probably by sliva or rain water... Not sure.
I tapped my dog to check if there is any bite mark and doing so I touched the wet patch on his coat by my palms.
I went to check with doctor if I need vaccine or immunoglobulin since I have peeling skin around my nails(no blood) and he adviced to take the 5 shots but Immunoglobulin is not required.
Do I need Immunoglobulin or it's ok ?
Also he gave me a schedule of 0,3,7,14 & 21. And everywhere it's mentioned to take 5th shot on 28th day not 21st, even on rabivax-s's official site.(Which I'm taking, rabivax)
