From past four days I have fever and cough cold...now the cough cold is gone but fever is still coming in the night... I'm currently on UTI medication...I also have tooth ache as if wisdom teeth is coming... what to do??

Rectum pain since two days

My gallbledder was removed 1 year back due to multiple stones. Now I feel like whenever I eat some food, which is heat for body like any dry fruit, I get ulcer in throat, dryness which is not painful. Iron, vitamin b12 deficiency, and already taking medicine for this. Please advise.
