My husband diagnosed with dengue on 1st day of fever, that day platelet count was 2 lacs. Today on 6th day of diagnosis, the platelet count has fallen to 71 k , but he is not having any severe symptoms, no fever,no vomit, no bodyache, no headache , weakness. Sleeps properly at night No rash. He is eating kiwi, papaya leaf extract, papaya, coconut water, half chapati and boiled dal. My question is ,why is his platelets falling approximately 35 k everyday? Please help , I am bothered.

The patient has been feeling dizzy and nausea throughout the day. She complained of the world spinning whenever she lied down or turned her head down. No pain in head but is discomforting. Hi I have delivered baby 2.5months ago since then I have on an off urine pain, pain while urniating, initially I did talk to my doctor about she said to take fluid intake more, but it's been 2.5months now, it doesn't happen in day but in night..someday it will b fine sometimes it will pain in night can anyone I am at mom's place, could it be due to calcium deficiency?I will visit a gynaec here soon to check if I have bladder infection, but will the infection will b there for 2.5months?

I had developed a habit of doing self talk in my mind which later went out of control and began to lead to involuntary self talk eg. Random words with no context to what I am doing, or words which are stressful and disgusting, irritating. How can I completely stop this practise so that the involuntary talk will also stop, and I will be able to live without distractions in whatever work I am doing. This I feel can affect the quality of my life and is increasing stress, causing procrastination and a nervous mood.
