Flu

Hello I've a fever of more 104 along with cold cough and chills since yesterday night. Took dolo 650 every 4-5 hourly and fever not reducing completely. Started with cefixime antibiotic yesterday night... thinking fever is not that high. What should I do now? Whom should I consult... gynaecologist or general physician I've no gynaecological issues like bleeding or stomach pain. Kindly suggest

Hi Doctor, Sometimes I am feeling diziness/whooziness while eating and sometimes after 5 minutes of eating. I have severe acid reflux problem and I keep burping whole day. Dizziness is also accompanied by severe burping whole day. I am on betacap for anxiety and high heart rate. I check my blood pressure they are always 105/78 110/80 100/70 like that..after eating when I check it was 110/78 I am sacred to eat because of this dizzy feeling it stucks while eating makes me nervous

Below are the symptoms from last 2-3 month- 1) Excessive bloating at night specially if I eat something at night. 2) Chest feels very heavy and tight. 3) Restlessness. 4) Always feels like there is mucus in back of the nose and I try to clear it everytime. 5) Suddenly feel like heart has stopped for few seconds while trying to sleep. 6) Takes time to sleep at night due to bloating and mucus.
