Hi suddenly I lost my weight and having chest and back pain back pain is from 2 to 3 month and chest while I am going to sleep

My father is aged 70 and had recently experienced little pain when urinating.  His psa was in normal range until 5 months back(from yearly health checkup). However on undergoing tests now, it is found that psa is 13.6. From full abdomen USG, all parameters are normal except , Prostate: it's enlarged in size(45mm*40mm*38mm), vol:36ml. Normal in size, shape with homogeneous echotexture. Impression: Grade 2 prostatomegaly. HbA1c is 6.7%> Urine culture was negative. Reviewed with  MD Doctor. Prescription mentions as BHP(36gm). Prescribed : Loxof 500 for 10 days Modlip for 10days Veltam plus 10days Are these correct medications and is it correct diagnosis? He has been asked to visit again after 2 weeks with below test results: Urine routine, Psa, Urea/creatinine. We are from Kolkata, should we consult some urologist? Is the above treatment good enough ? Or does it require extra diagnosis and then prescribe antibiotics like Loxof 500.

I have Beta thalassemia trait and take tab folvite daily..I was treated for enteric fever with tab Taxim O 400 twice a day and tab Azithral 500 once at night for 15days(29th July 2023-13thAug,2023)I also got vaccine for typhoid on 12thSep 2023 I'm taking medication  for UTI(Klebsilella Pneumoniae in culture,colony count =1,00,000)Since 15th Sep..The name of medication is tab Zostum O 200mg(dosage-twice daily for 2weeks,once daily for 10 weeks) Kindly tell me why my TLC count is low Is it due to UTI or some other reason? Please help,I'm worried

Yesterday I felt little blackout for some time and vomiting sensation at the same time. Then I had vomit one time. I went to hospital. They test the CBC, ECG and eco test. In CBC the WBC count in 19500/cumm. Attached is my heart test result. is there any problem. I sometimes feel very little pinchy pain in my left chest whenever I feel gastric or acidity in  my stomach.

I was bitten by a dog 10 years ago, I got a serious bacterial infection from that dog saliva . I was bedridden for 8 months and too many antibiotics were used. 8 months on antibiotics, since then i hear tinnitus sound in my ears. I have been to many doctors but tinnitus not cured. What should i do doctor? I am very troubled by tinnitus. Please help

Hi, My son is having high fever since yesterday. We were giving calpol 250 5 ml. He is getting high fever every 4 hours and medicine was provided accordingly. We are living in abroad and we checked with emergency doctor through call and they asked to take ibuprofen. He is having it now. Still fever comes back within 4 to 5 hours. how often we can give ibuprofen Thanks in advance

My daughter had typhoid before and recent tests say it's gone but she has irregular bowl movements, she gets really bad stomach pain right before she has to go to the bathroom. She said that it sometimes has white stuff on it. She has to go to the bathroom atleast 3 times a day which is not normal for her.
