Hi, My son has fallen sick last friday and had 104 fever. He is on medication. Now i have got running nose with no fever. Want to know if i can take any antibiotic to recover from it quickly. Since i have a half marathon run on 8th which i want to take part in i dont want to fall sick at this time. Please suggest

Hi doctor, i am 24 year old. january i came to know I have thyroid. so started  medication. my last thyroid test was done on 7 August 2023. below are the results. T3 total : 0.80 T4 totally :2.9 TSH ;25 also report attached. from past some day's light knee jont pain and stomach pain in morning was there . so can repeat this thyroid Test and other blood test is required? currently taking 100 mcg levothyroxin. 🙏

Generally in a day how much increment is noticed in the platelet count and what can be done to increase it quickly. Patient is admitted and no symptoms as of now only things is platelet was 25k last night and today morning it increased to 30k. Initially two days back it was 19 thousand and slowly increasing. Please confirm if speed with which it is increasing is normal. Also I can see in DLC- Lymphocytes are bit increased to 45.60.

My wife is having thyroid since long. She is taking 100 MG tablet on regular basis and after 3 month she got tested thyroid profile. Her values are within Normal range. Can we decrease the dosage to 75 MG? Please guide
