Normaly i drink around 5 litres of water per day. And peeing around 3.5 litres. It is good? Or i want to reduce my water intake?

Morning after wake up I felt like vomit I tried Vomiting but nothing came out but suddenly I tried vomit with pressure some Yellow mucus Like yellow acid with some blood has come out but I didn't vomit any food I tried to vomit forcefully will it come blood with forcefully? Hello doc, Since a few days feeling numbness in my hands and feel pain in my feet sometimes. I was diagnosed with a high bp 140/90 4 months ago. Now it is 115/70 on an avg. Taking telma H also walking daily 10k steps approx. I don't know why I am feeling this sensation.
