I having a constant heart rate of 96-100 bpm along with strong pulsation in my life and right side of head and back of head and ear along with headache and earache .also there is dryness /weakness/wierd feeling near my ear ear and mouth region also in my head When I checked my bp last Wednesday it was 128/85 .also I feel like I am about to faint with my eyes closing on their own but I have not fainted yet .what could be the problem

Hello doctor .. On October 22 , 2023 my father got a fresh bleeding cut on his fingers on morning , then we gave food to a stray dog which was hungry and it ate well ... My father picked the leftovers of the stray dog's and disposed it . He didn't wash his hands but instead applied sanitizer all over his hands but I believe he would have had that stray dogs saliva on his wound . ( Wound was probably 2 hrs old when it was exposed and my father is diabetic patient ) ( Its been 50+ days ) Should I have to get him vaccinated ? I saw that dog ate that food well ... So I don't whether it was rabid or not Is it recommended to take the shots ?

Today while playing cricket a street dog put our cricket ball in his mouth and started playing with it and my friend got it back . So my friend wiped the ball with sand and left it aside for a 15-20  mins and they started playing with it after 20 mins and I also touched it after 20 mins . I have small cut in my hands . Any risk of rabies? I already have taken booster 0,3 two months back before  this incident.

Is pan 40mg safe to take? I have been given augmention duo 625 twice a day and bifilac. I have not started antacid as i want to avoid meds as much as possible. I feel somewhat uneasy and nauseous sometimes. Should i take antacid then? It has been given twice a day for 5 days. When shoulf be taken...empty stomach early morning and in evening before food?
