If u are having pain in left underarm that and left chest is it gastric related or heart related ???

Yesterday night on 07 jan 2024 I tried to sleep but not able to sleep but when I slept then woke up two times with sweat on my upper body. I don't know why I have done CBC thyroid blood sugar ECG tmt negative trop t negative. All test done 1.5 month ago. Kindly suggest me why it is happened. It happened only that night.

There was toe nail pus and little bleeding. Pus is gone after using doctor prescribed tablets and mupibact ointment. But now, pain is still there and skin on the affected area is about to peel off and the area below the skin is visible I think. Is it normal? Pls suggest what to do.

12 years back I got surgery in which my gall bladder was removed. For 7 years, everything went well but for the past 3 years I have been getting a lot of digestive problems. I feel nauseous the whole day, feel urgency to go to the washroom(sometimes greenish yellow liquid motion), always having a feeling of fullness in the stomach, no feeling of hunger Are all these symptoms related to the bile problem?

Why do i stammer and speak fast even when i am not nervous? Even if i am speaking to my family i stammer. It increases when i have to speak professionally. Why does that happen? Is that a disorder.

Is it good to deworm once a year if we are talking too much outside food? If so what would be the best deworming tablet to take?

I'm 35y old F with two kids born through Csec. I ahve also had a gall stone removal surgery last August. Of late, I am waking up with immense pain in the back. So much that I am waking up from sleep - can't keep lying down. Usually that pain subsides a lot by the middle of the day. I have been drinking less water unconsciously, does it have anything to do with the pain? Please suggest what to do as this pain is tremendous.
