Dear Sir/madam, Nowadays, I am feeling palpitations more often and also whenever I try to sleep and almost  into the sleep zone, I feel sudden palpitation and sleep gets disturbed again and again. Sometimes I feel gurguling sound and feeling like something moves from one side to another in my chest and very little(1 or 2 second) pinching pain mostly in the center and little left in my chest. also whenever I sneaze it comes 3-4 sneezes at once which was not the case earlier. The sneeze was not frequent for me. Also there is a tingling feeling in the left back sometime and feeling restless also. Could you please help me to come out of this situation and let me know what is wrong and how it can be treated? Thanks.

Doctor, Im getting sudden swellings here and there on my face from last two weeks. Not frequently but sometimes when I wake up in the morning I find swelling on my eyes and forehead. No insect bites or food allergies Along with this I'm getting some kind of hives ( not sure). Very often especially in my thighs and legs. It's so itchy. When I strt scratching it many comes on the same place. Not sure which doctor to consult. Please help

Doctor i smoke cigarette after 3rd intradermal rabies vaccine and my last 4th i.d dose is due which is on 27th November so should i have to Re-start or have to take extra dose of vaccine because i smoke ?

My last rabies vaccine dose was on September 10 th 2023 4 doses in total ... Today I got bitten by a mad stray dog Should I check for my immunity status? ( Already I checked on October 2023 it was 7 IU/ml ...) Should I be vaccinated again ??

Hi doctors. Two months back I was take CBC,CRP,ESR,LFT,KFT, Thyroid profile,Sugar, Lipid profile tests.. All tests are normal. Is this tests are enough in Once in a year? This is routine check up. Can I take this tests again in this year?
