Last some days I am observing irregular heart beats I.e high 116,105,98,110,126 like ...that 116,126 came after walking some distance...so yesterday Evining I went to cardiologist...he told like all 2 echo,ecg normal u r heart is fine and thyroid also normal and i told i have some job pressureand stress...so he suggested to use t ciplar la 20mg tablet ...so I am thinking is it safe to use...it causes any harm?...and I am not using any tablet as of now ...pls guide

I'm getting severe constipation from a long time I used to take coffee which helped me go once in the morning but can't fully empty the bowel. I have tried magnesium oxide, milk of magnesia, dulcoflex but no relief. Sometimes vitamin d tab helps me but now it's not working. When I stop taking coffee I get constipated for 2-3 days.
