Since yesterday got loose motion with pain in lower abdomen which goes upwards. No fever. Whenever eat anything have to rush to toilet. Took ridol sos & and antacid. Bitter taste in mouth. Kindly advise.

I have done with blood test for Chikungunya. Since 10 days I am getting fever chills with nausea and legs and hands pain like can't walk properly very weakness. Headache also continues My test report is Chikungunya IgG antibody result is  0.36 Biological reference ranges <1.0 - negative >1.0- positive Chikungunya IgM antibody result is 0.21 Biological reference ranges <1.0- negative >1.0- positive Help me out about this report

Hello, hope you are doing well my ocd medicine going from Dec2017 .i was double typhoid positive in last 3year after last typhoid in nov 2022 i am facing to many problems like bone,join,eye, vitamin, calcium etc. my hernia and left testies operation done in feb17.testies was in abdomen. after 2 month i started facing ibs problem, diarrhoea, bloating,gas, vomiting,abdominal pain etc feeling very lite like i don't have parts of body,chest pain,tingle,HIGH LEVEL NAUSEA, ANXIETY  .last 2 month i started medication .now i am taking ib set 5 mg.last 3/4 days this problem coming back ...now my stomach like STONE...big problem of my upset stomach FEELING LAZINESS,I WAS STUFF & SLEEPING 15TO16 HOURS IN DAY ... (1)MY QUESTION IS CAN WE TREAT IBS WITH ANY THERAPY NO MORE MEDICINE...?

A street dog bit my dog when he was 3 months old. Now my dog is 7 months old .But what if my dog bites me after being bitten by a stray dog . Will the 10-day observation rule be followed here? Because he was bitten by a stray dog??

B12 supplements didn't raise my serum levels so I was prescribed a b12 injections course of alternate days then once per week then one a month ,my level was 119. I was unable to complete the course and took only one injection. Now my level is 309. I still have symptoms. Should I restart the course again? Can any doctor help me with restarting the injection course? My symptoms: Fatigue, light headed, sleepy and tingling in feet and hands. Also head pressure sometimes
