Which medicine can be taken to completely clean & detox intestines for better digestion if suffering from constipation? Can we take tablets like bisacodyl , Glycoprep or dulcoflex if suffering constipation from long time??.

Hi good morning doctors. Yesterday I went a clinic for tiredness, fatigue and feeling sleepy. Doctor check my BP is high. And he told me to take diet. Today morning I check my BP in lab. My BP is in 145 range. I still have feeling fatigue, little balancing problem. Also I have anxiety,stress and tension. Can I brisk walk 1 hour Per day or once in a week? Also my weight is 56 only. Walk once in a week is enough for me??

I have high BP on Yesterday evening and today morning 145 level. After that I do 10 mins variety types BP reducing exercise and I check again my BP is 121 range. Can I continue this exercise? If how many days will I continue? Also I already take Homeopathy medicines for another genital disease. Is this medicine affect BP? I'm 56 weight only

I received two doses of the rabies vaccine in Delhi, and the third dose in Mangalore. However, the nurse only administered the injection in my left hand for 3rd dose, whereas I thought it should be on both sides, as in my previous doses. I'm feeling a bit concerned. Should I consider getting an antibody rabies test to ensure I'm protected? The same goes for tetanus as well.

My mother has been diagnosed with Mild Pulmonary arterial hypertension and our cardiologist initially gave sildenafil 20, later changed it to Bosentan 62.5 owing to unsuitabilty of sildenafil. But even after taking Bosentan, she started to have side effects and ankle, feet swelling. Doctor said this medicine crucial for treatment and side effects will come but adviced to continue.
