Yesterday evening I've started to feel mild throat pain and runny nose and today evening my body temperature was 99.5 F at 7 o clock and I took dolo 650 n at 11:00  body temperature got reduced to 98.2 and mild throat pain and runny nose is still there and 1 week back I've gone out in rain n ate outside food for 2 days! Is this typhoid?? Can anyone help me with this please!

Hlo sir/mam.. plz suggest me how to cure abdomen pain around the belly button/naval region.. too much gas, mild diahorea and intermittent pressure n tightness around the mentioned area.. food able to eat but giving nausea especially fried foods...
