Sir I have sulfa drug allergy.Doctor prescribed me these tablets (in the attachment ). please let me know are they safe to use from sulfa allergy.

Unexpectedly, two stray dogs started fighting out of nowhere and got clashed with my leg. I got a nail scratch in that moment from one of the dogs. But there was no bleeding, no cuts, no skin peel offs, nothing. The scratch was just like you've dry skin scratch in winters . There was no sign of broken skin too as i didn't bleed at all nor there was any scratch which indicated any  redness or cuts. I washed my feet soap water later when i returned home. Is there anything I should be concerned about? Kindly help as soon as possible!
