Flu

From last 3 days i have back head pain not exactly pain but tightness on back of head and on top. Also i have been getting stomach issues with nausea. Now i cannot figure out that nausea is from head pain or due to stomach.

I have cough ..normal cough Yesterday night at the time of sleeping I took 2 strepsil and went to sleep .. At morning 5 am I drink some water Then at 8 Am at the time of brush i notice exact same colour (strepsil colour )of mucus when I cough hard ... 1 month ago I had chest xray which was showing bronchitis and i took treatment for that Should I worry about that mucus Please answer 🙏

Severe throat, ear and face pain , lot of brownish, yellowish with parts of blood in mucus coming from nostril. Using dolo what treatment to approach.
