Likelihood of getting HIV is very low. Please don't share needles in the future.
I would advise you to get ELISA test for HIV for you and your brother so your minds are at ease.
See sharing needles won't only giv hiv but other forms of viruses like hcv which is more serious than other conditions .. so avoid sharing needles here after .. don't worry .. u will not get it but "not al days r Sunday's" :)
