Wanted to ask if my ecg report is normal or is there anything concerning? Also the heart rate is showing 122 but everything is normal? Could it be minor at that time because I was scared? If it was concerning, would it have shown in the ECG?

ECG showing sinus Tachycardia means your heart is beating faster than normal but it's normal
Whenever you have anxiety, exercise,or taken caffeine or smoking it may increase
