I was diagnosed with Anxiety disorder two years ago and was on medication for the same. Now I am free of Anxiety and not taking any medicine. But my BP is around 140/85 always since 1 year. And it keeps fluctuating. Sometimes it goes down to 135/80, sometimes it goes up to 145/90. Should I take medicine to control my BP? If so which medicine I can take now? And quit the medicine slowly once my BP is under control? Which bp medicine has less withdrawal symptoms?. Kindly advise. As I am worried on the fact of taking BP medicine for lifelong.

For last 7 days I am having a difficulty while walking. It feels like I am having a balance issue. Last bp reading was 125/93. Feeling a bit nausea too. I had fatty liver with elevated SGPT . I was diagnosed with tuberculosis 2 years ago and I completed the ATT. I have mild stiffness around neck and shoulder.

I have been taking inderal 40 mg since July 15 . I'm taking this tablet for anxiety. Before getting this tablet recommended to me I have done thyroid test, Ecg and CBC test. I have anxiety issues I was recommended this tablet for raising heart rate and anxiety. Can this tablet be used for long term? I want to withdraw this medicine. Now I'm feeling good..how to safely withdraw this tablet...is inderal 30 mg available? I'm taking this tablet only once a day along with escitalopram + clonazepum tablet at night...I want to discontinue both. The Gp who suggested me this tablet said to try alternative or lower the dose. Here , we don't have escitalopram+clonazepum lower dose tablet. I want to suggestions. To safely taper off these two tablets.

I have constant pain on the left side lower abdomen area. At first, I thought that I had kidney stones but since I still have the pain I got all the tests done - CT scan, X-ray, ultrasound and they were all normal. I have been experiencing this pain for the last 1 year and I am not able to figure out why. When this pain gets triggered- 1) coughing 2) laughing 3) physical activities- sometimes bending Running etc.

I started with lower back pain today 1 am and till 7 am I was not able to sleep due to pain. Then i took dolo 650 at 8 am as slight fever was there . After this pain reduced little but afternoon shoulder joint side pain also started..now this is troubling me more than back pain.
