Regarding weight increase
I am 37 years old male. My weight has increased from 88 to 94 in last three months. I do not feel fatigue or lethargic and also eat normally. No overeating and also try to walk frequently. Due to weight gain I took up T3 T4 and TSH test in which TSH was 6.60 and T3 and T4 were within the range. Can you suggest what is the reason for my weight gain although I walk routinely and eat normally. I have a job and spend 3-4 hours on laptop so have slightly increased waistline also. I have my waist as 40. I want to reduce weight but don't have time to exercise aur walk for 40 mins.daily. Please help
