Weight Gaining Problem
Hello doctor, I am struggling with many problems at the same time. For example, my weight does not increase. I am very thin and my weight never increases even after eating very good food. Sometimes my digestion is fine and sometimes it becomes worst. My skin also stays dull, loose, and dry. I have tried many things — I have taken protein and weight gainer as well — but my weight increases by 1–2 kg and then goes back to the same again, even though I exercise. My hemoglobin stays around 10–11, and iron in my body is normal. This indicates thalassemia minor, but is this the only reason why my weight never increases?
